Undergraduate International Chancellor's Merit Scholarship

Rutgers University–Camden offers this scholarship to all nonsponsored (self-pay) international applicants who meet the university's standard admission requirements and enroll full-time in either the College of Arts and Sciences or the School of Business. It's one of several merit-based and need-based funding programmes Rutgers offers to help qualifying students afford their education, and it's specifically designed to make a Rutgers–Camden degree more accessible to strong international applicants without requiring a separate scholarship application process.

$14,000 total ($7,000/semester) — awarded based on weighted GPA

$17,000 total ($8,500/semester) — awarded to applicants with a higher weighted GPA

Renewable each year, provided the student maintains a 2.5 GPA at Rutgers–Camden

Applied directly as a tuition fee reduction

Must be a nonsponsored, international student on an F-1 visa — meaning self-funded, not sponsored by a government agency or external organization

Must meet Rutgers University–Camden's standard admission requirements

Must enroll full-time in either the College of Arts and Sciences or the School of Business at the Camden campus specifically (this scholarship is not offered at Rutgers' New Brunswick or Newark campuses)

Minimum prior study level: high school completion

To renew the award in subsequent years: maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA
