A merit-based grant funding graduate-level study or research abroad in one of Rotary's areas of focus, aimed at developing future leaders committed to community and international service.
About this scholarship
Global grants are for graduate students studying abroad in one of Rotary's areas of focus: promoting peace, fighting disease, providing clean water/sanitation/hygiene, improving maternal and child health, supporting education, growing local economies, and protecting the environment. Scholarships last from one to four years and can include an entire degree program. Scholars are sponsored jointly by a "host" Rotary club/district (where they study) and an "international" club/district (in their home country), and both must first become qualified before applying for a global grant.
