Awarded automatically to two incoming first-year international students (one male and one female) based on academic excellence. Preference is given to international students who hold Pakistani citizenship. If there is no eligible male and female Pakistani applicant, the award goes to two students of the same gender; if there are no eligible Pakistani students at all, the scholarship is awarded to eligible male and female international students more broadly.
