A merit-based, leadership scholarship for incoming Notre Dame undergraduates — of Latino and non-Latino backgrounds alike — who have an interest in Latino Studies and a commitment to supporting and empowering Latino communities.
About this scholarship
The Latino Studies Scholars Program was created by Notre Dame's Institute for Latino Studies to advance understanding of the fastest-growing and youngest population in the United States and the Catholic Church. It aims to attract and shape leaders who will support and empower Latino communities, aligning with Notre Dame's mission to prepare transformative leaders in education, the professions, the arts, civic life, faith, and family life. Scholars may enroll in any college or major at Notre Dame — the program is not restricted to Latino Studies majors.
